Good first impression.
My friend and I discovered this place (which is further set behind from either Center or Main streets than any map shows) by accident and were generally pleased.
The appetizers were very good (Summer Rolls and grilled chicken), and had the Shaking Beef for the main course, which was delicious. The waiter even complimented me on my choice when we ordered.
My friend got nervous, however, when he ordered the Happy Pancake and the waiter simply wrote it down and walked away. His fears were realized, as the dish was a jarring melange of flavors, some not pleasant, like burnt oil.
Desserts were great, and the service was courteous and prompt. We'll be heading back, just steering clear of that unhappy "pancake" dish.
