This week's flier say's "Kaiser rolls, 6/$1.99.
I go to Wahc. store.
Find a case of mixed rolls, including some Kaiser, but not a price to be found.
Seek out the manager, ask for a price.
He say's, "I think they're 60 cents each but
let me check with the cashier"
He comes back and say's" Yup, they're 60 cents each"
I say, "The flier say's 6/$1.99"
He say's," Let me find a flier."
He comes back in seconds and say's, "your right, "
Now i go to the register of Carol, the most honest person that i know.
Right away , another off duty cashier comes up to Carol and say's, "Those rolls that hehas are $1.99."
I then say to the off duty cashier, "Thanks for tipping Carol off."
The moral of the story is,
Our local crooks are DRIVING us to
Price Right. and their to stupid to realize it.
Bye Bye Harry's.
Cleanliness very sub-par. Take a walk around the store, either location. You'll wonder why the city allows them to operate. Additonally, they always are missing at least 50% of the items that are supposedly on sale. The worst thing is when they claim things aren't on sale and then refuse to honor the price when you show them their own flyer. They say, "Sorry, my manager says that's not on sale." This is not a one-time occurence or a mistake on my part. They simply are crooks. I wonder how the Attorney General will see it?
