Blamed me. I ordered some Ski-Doo snowmobile shirts from Ski-Doo and PLT was given the order to fill. After a couple of weeks of not receiving the order, I called PLT. He said that he had the confirmation that he needed from the carrier that it was delivered to my front door. When I told him that I did not receive it he accused me of lying to keep the merchandise while getting a refund. When I told him that I didn't want a refund, but a replacement he said he did not believe me and I was up to me to get reimbursement from the carrier. I went back to Ski-Doo and they were upset with the way the manager treated me and had him resend the order. Well, during that time, I had received the first package from the carrier, saying it was delivered to the wrong address. I sent it back to PLT to prove him wrong, but he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Never again.
you dont get what you pay for. Thought I would be happy having them fix my snow mobile. I was scared of the $1,600.00 quote for the repairs. But it did include new shocks and battery to have the electric start work. When I went to pick it up I payed cash before seeing the sled. Then to my surprise I noticed the shocks did not get replaced and the electric starter didn't work. After I specifically asked and they stated these things would be done. So whet did I get for $1,600.00? a lot of rage. when I called to notify someone in charge about what had happened. they replied thanks for calling then hung up on me. Being a business owner I would never take advantage of someone like they did. Its not right and its bad businees. Anyone who needs a sled repaired should think twice about going there. They will quote you for doing everything then make up excuses when you pick it up and everythings not done. But they still want all the money the quoted you to do so.
